Leadership in Dental Operations
With more than a decade of experience in dental operations and practice management, I’ve learned that a successful dental practice is built on much more than a full schedule. It takes strong systems, an empowered team, thoughtful leadership, and an exceptional patient experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked hands-on in nearly every aspect of dental operations—from team development, scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication to insurance processes, collections, workflow optimization, and multi-location management. That experience has given me a unique understanding of both the business behind the practice and the people who make it successful.

“I understand the numbers and the people.”
I created XO Dental Consultation to bring that experience directly to dental practices that are ready to grow, improve efficiency, strengthen their teams, or simply bring more structure to their day-to-day operations.
My approach is personal and practical. I take the time to understand how your practice actually operates, identify what’s working and where opportunities may be getting missed, and develop realistic solutions that fit your team, your patients, and your goals.
I’m not here to completely change what makes your practice yours. I’m here to help you refine it, strengthen it, and build systems that allow both your team and your practice to thrive.
Your practice already has potential. Let’s turn it into progress.
“The systems I build are designed for long-term success.”
